1. Return Eligibility

  • You can initiate a return at the time of delivery or within 48 hours of receiving the product if:

    • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

    • You received the wrong product or wrong size.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

  • Innerwear, lingerie, or any hygiene-sensitive items (unless damaged/incorrect on delivery).

  • Accessories or customized items may not be eligible unless defective.

3. Return Process

  • Log in to your Fashion Hub account and visit “My Orders” to initiate a return.

  • Alternatively, contact our support team via email or phone to request a pickup.

  • Once your return is approved, our delivery agent will collect the product from your address.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned product passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Refunds are issued:

    • To the original payment method (if paid online).

    • As store credit/wallet for COD orders (can be used for future purchases).

5. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are packed/shipped.

  • If prepaid, cancelled orders will be fully refunded to the original payment source.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.

  • You may return the original item and place a new order.
