1. Return Eligibility

You can initiate a return at the time of delivery or within 48 hours of receiving the product if:

The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

You received the wrong product or wrong size.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

Innerwear, lingerie, or any hygiene-sensitive items (unless damaged/incorrect on delivery).

Accessories or customized items may not be eligible unless defective.
3. Return Process

Log in to your Fashion Hub account and visit “My Orders” to initiate a return.

Alternatively, contact our support team via email or phone to request a pickup.

Once your return is approved, our delivery agent will collect the product from your address.
4. Refunds

Once the returned product passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds are issued:

To the original payment method (if paid online).

As store credit/wallet for COD orders (can be used for future purchases).

5. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are packed/shipped.

If prepaid, cancelled orders will be fully refunded to the original payment source.
6. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.

You may return the original item and place a new order.
